Today we bring on a big hitter and another D3 warrior Jeremy Wolf. Jeremy's resume in the Baseball world is not one to scoff at. On top of starting every game at Trinity College and securing a national championship his fourth and final year there, Jeremy went on to get drafted by the New York Mets organization in 2016. After a stint in the Minor Leagues, Jeremy asked himself a question that a lot of us ask ourselves. "Am I good enough?", while the answer to this question can be a heavy one, Jeremy used it to propel himself to a life full of meaning after his playing career. After he hung up the cleats, Jeremy founded a nonprofit focused on players rights called More Than Baseball. Over four years Jeremy founded, worked, and negotiated a deal that secured a union for the MILB. On top of all of the aforementioned accomplishments, he is now involved with MindReady where they work with athletes around the country on sports psychology coaching and education. Jeremy's life is full of meaningful accomplishments that have impacted thousands and we are lucky to get his aspect on mental health and look forward to continually working with him on ending the stigma in the future!
