Topics I tackle: What’s being in shape consist of: 1.) typical lifting (weights, machines treadmill, fitness classes) 2.) casual cardio 3.) a solid diet 4.) weekday / weekend warriors why be in shape? Health , striving for a look, confidence , fun. What’s being conditioned consist of: 1.) Strategic lifting. 2.) insane cardio 3.) strict diet 4.) everyday grinder. Why be conditioned? Prepping for a (sport, fight, competition, physical test). What’s the difference between the two? 1.) Intensity 2.) dedication 3.) preparation which is more sustainable ? Being in shape.
