Last Friday, Hong Kong implemented a new rule. Another one? Yes, because they believe the National Security Law, of June 2020, is not yet enough. So in order to guarantee HK’s political stability and dismantling any kind of threat or opposition, Hong Kong’s Civil Service Bureau announced it will demand every single civil servant to sign a document promising their loyalty to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. What?
