Elana is a BodyTalk practitioner. BodyTalk is a healing modality that gets to the "story" behind people's symptoms or illness. She is also a Holistic life coach & Mind/Body practitioner helping clients with Mental health and Mindset struggles. She feels a person cannot truly heal without addressing the interplay of their emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual sides.
Elana believes there isn’t a one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing. Therefore, having a few modalities enables her to choose what is best for her clients’ needs.
Elana’s other passions are music, travel and dance! She maintains that people should utilise holistic modalities to choreograph a healthier, more joyful dance for themselves!
