Embracing the "Active Transportation" model Mayor of Sudbury, Ontario Brian Bigger has launched his Velomobile onto the region's streets (and highways). If you spot a white rocket (with blue pinstripes) in your neighbourhood it has to be Brian. A Velomobile is basically a recumbent bicycle with a aerodynamic faring that encloses the rider.
