Description

Who are you? Not the person you pretend to be on social media or the person you are after a few drinks - seriously, who are you? Have you found your true self and are you comfortable with that person?  This week, I talk about finding that true person and being comfortable with them.  This process can be difficult if we are uncomfortable with the complements we receive or the people we associate with are not the best people for us to have in our lives.  In some cases, we may need to rethink if someone close to us is even a friend.  



Also, I dive into a great article that I was sent by a friend to help me cope with my current feelings.  Turns out, through all this turmoil we are going through, I am feeling grief.  The type that really resonates with me is anticipatory grief.  In the second half of this week's show, I discuss this and what we can do to assist with coping.  Hope you enjoy.
