Description

We all know it is a possibility but we never want to believe it could happen to us.  The layoff, the downsizing, the rift, the realignment, the reduction in staff - let's just call it what it is - being fired.  It never feels good and most of us are not prepared.  That is why I brought Kelsea Cozad back onto the show to talk about this very thing.
She had an excited new job that she was looking to do amazing things with.  She is young, ambitious, outgoing and dedicated to her craft.  She was told she was safe but quickly learned she was not.  In this episode, she opens up about the ups and downs of picking herself up and searching for a career she would love.  It was truly an amazing discussion and I am so glad she was willing to share how she got through such a tough time in her professional career and a personal life.
