QUESTIONS ASKED BY CLIENTS :

1. What are our thoughts on intermittent fasting?

2. How to get back on track when feeling discouraged because you went off track!

3, How do ye navigate plans with friends that you don’t want to eat out etc etc as in they make you feel like a gobshite because you are watching what you are eating? I can also understand it’s triggering for some people but finding it difficult to balance it all!

4. Unsure if I should bring my Cals up to maintenance after the challenge as I would like to continue to loose more body fat but don’t want to be stuck in a calorie deficit forever? I’m reluctant to up my cals as I’ve lost 5kg through the challange...

5. When on holiday, what tips do you have? It’s a big adjustment when you don’t have any gyms near and it’s much harder to count calories/not start gaining weight!!

6. Im planning on staying with Thrive and completing another 6 weeks once this challenge is complete - is it a good idea to have one day of not counting calories and 'treating yourself' to the foods you crave / miss to celebrate the past 6 weeks and set myself up for success for the next 6? Really want to stay consistent and not hit the 'fuck it' button but I violently miss pizza + pasta!!!
