Hello Language Lovers,
I'm excited to bring this episode to you today and guess what! It's another two part episode. Today my guest is Kuba, a true polyglot, originally from Poland who speaks not only his native Polish but has also learned English, Spanish, Hungarian, Catalan. He's learning Basque and he's starting to learn Greek and so we had a lot to discuss. In this first episode, we talk about his native Polish language and this conversation touches so many things from digraphs and cases in the Polish language, learning English, the Polish music genre known as polodisco, language hacking and Kuba tells us some great advice for anyone who wants to learn Polish effectively. We also talk about the nuances of using swear words in other languages and why it can be important to know more than the quote "good words" in another language.
So in this episode we focused on Polish and in the next episode, we talk about all the rest- Hungarian, Catalan, Spanish, Basque, French, Occitan & Greek so make sure you check out part two next week and in the meantime, you can find Kuba on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube by following the links in the show notes. Ok, let's chat!
