Documenters were back in action last week, and so was Cleveland City Council. In their first meeting since June, council members heard more than 50 pieces of legislation. Documenters also covered a tense Community Police Commission meeting and learned more about the Urban Forestry Commission’s plans to increase Cleveland’s tree canopy.
