Deification is treating something as if it were God.
God does not share His glory.
God is quick to deal with glory stealers.
When glory is given to something else you are stealing it from God.
To avoid Deification we must be humble and not get filled with the power of being deified.
People tend to deify sports players or actors adn therefore fail to glorify God.
Humbleness is the solution to avoiding deification.
