'Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?' Hebrews 2:1-4

Notes:

• Neglect is the #1 killer of Christians
• We are constantly in need of reminders
• It is in our nature that eventually we become carnal
• Their is a dangerous combination of deteriorating and busyness
• You can be so busy with life that you neglect the things that matter
• The danger of neglect is that you do not feel anything
• Are you neglecting your walk with God?
• There will be times in your walk with Christ that God will come to you!
• There will also be time where you call out to God
• There will be times you have to push your way to God to get next to him
• If you are too busy to get into the presence of God YOU ARE TOO BUSY
• Neglect is painless
• What is the condition of your heat?
