At the age of 19, Katt packed her bags to travel Europe. Katt came back five years later. According to Katt, traveling opened her mind and made her mature sooner than expected. During her travels, Katt started teaching English in Spain. When she moved to Taiwan, she taught English to Kindergarten children. In her quest to find a way of connecting with her learners, she self-published a book.

Katt’s YouTube channel was also born during her travels. Her goal was to document what she was doing at 19 so that her grandkids would know what she was up to. Her channel blew up when she did a video on how to make money to visit your friends. Today Kat has 450,000 subscribers.

In this episode, Katt Theo shares her journey. We understand how she got to real estate, where she is today and her plans for the future. At the moment, Katt has eight or nine sources of income. It is hard to believe that with all the income sources, Katt still has a full-time job as a marketing expert in a real estate company. Katt is applying the 1% rule to better her personal life.
