Empathy is a soft skill— and the bases of the direction that network marketing is headed in. If you want to build it big, and you want to build it stable, you need to lead with empathy. If you struggle with empathy, I would listen to this. Empathy is such a heavy thing on my heart, I wish that we could all experience and live in a space of empathy, the world would be a better place.
