Kate is a certified Tai Chi instructor. A resident of Upper Bucks County, PA, she studied ballet from 1981 to 2015. As a student of Tai Chi since 2013, she has applied that experience to the slow and gentle movements of the Tai Chi form.
This episode covers the many documented benefits of Tai Chi, such as better balance, improved focus, and less stress. Kate hopes to help students cultivate the calm and stability both physical and mental) that can result from the practice.
