Similar to Trident Seafoods founder, Jimmy McManus comes from humble and hungry roots; spending his childhood serving his family farm.
His love for fishing commenced in the 70’s, as he quickly worked his way up to a licensed captain. During his active fishing career, he operated various vessels in the crab, trawl and salmon fisheries targeting anything that swam or crawled.
