It's the season premiere! Clark saves Lana from the tornado, but Lana gets suspicious of Clark having been there. Trying to protect Clark's secret, Johnathan gets trapped with Roger Nixon in an underground mausoleum. Lex tries to help Clark while keeping his relationship to Nixon under wraps, while Lionel undergoes surgery that may cost him his sight.
