Description

Jerrian Sanders is one of the leading sports performance specialists in the country. A

graduate from Georgia Southern University in 2004, Jerrian received his degree in

Kinesiology. He founded Sanders Elite Training Performance and now is the owner

of B3 Better Sports Performance in Jacksonville, Florida. He began his training

career at The High Intensity Training Center of Jacksonville, where he was the

athletic director for 5 years.

As the founder of B3 Better Sports Performance, Jerrian designed and implemented

performance based training programs for elite youth and college athletes as well as

professional athletes. He played a significant role in the company’s rise as one of the

premier sports performance institutions in the country. He designed all camps,

clinics and combines held by B3 Better Sports Performance, and they are directed

under his close supervision. He has also directed several camps and clinics for

Football University, Florida Prep Combines, Reebok Exposure basketball camps, Mel

Kiper’s 7 on 7U tournaments, and F.A.S.T Trak sports camps throughout the state. At

these camps, Jerrian has led evaluation drills as well as warm-up and stretching of

the athletes. For the past 15 years, his combine prep program has produced many

top performers at college pro days and combines.

Over Jerrian’s career he has trained hundreds of Division I, NFL, NBA and MLB

athletes. His clientele list includes Pac Man Jones(Cincinatti Bengals), Josh Norman

(Buffalo Bills ), Jalen Ramsey (Las Angeles Rams), DeMarcus Walker(Denver

Broncos), Grayson Allen (Memphis Grizzlies), Billy Butler(Kansas City Royals), and

Chris Davis(Baltimore Orioles) to name a few. As a writer/contributor for The

Active Magazine and Stack.com, Jerrian shares his knowledge on sports and fitness.

His articles provide training tips for athletes as well as overall fitness tips for those

looking to get into shape.

Jerrian calls Jacksonville his home and is very active in giving back to the

community. He currently sits on the board for Keiser University and Jacksonville

Association of Exercise and Nutrition. Jerrian is the Sports Performance Director for

the International Institute of Golf and Leadership, International ambassador for

Swift timing systemHe is an active member of the non-profit organization City

Streets 2 Student Athletes. With CS2SA Jerrian designs and helps direct a free 8

week speed and conditioning camp for young athletes.
