They're concerned about their branding, being visible online, lead generation, how to price their programs or packages and of course, the dreaded sales conversation.
I often refer to these as money conversations because these types of calls really have more to do with the energetic exchange of value than anything. Meaning, someone has to find value enough in you to throw their credit card at you.
