Description

Dr Surina Taneja is a junior doctor from England who is interested in a career in surgery, but also took the time to explore other options. Surina worked in Australia, as a doc, for two years and has kindly come onto the pod to share her story. She explores her interests and shares her experiences in medicine on YouTube. Surina is particularly passionate about maintaining a work life balance in the pursuit of our career dreams.

- Her first two years as a junior doc in the UK

- How she found her first year in Australia (spoiler: it wasn’t the paradise that was sold to a lot of docs from the UK)
