Psalm 31:1-5, 14-16 NIV - Holy Week Pt. 6/7
v.5 "Into your hands I commit my spirit."
As we remember Holy Saturday this year, we need the LORD's help committing ourselves into his hands. May you meet Jesus in Psalm 31 and take refuge in the one who overcame the grave.
1 - Acknowledge the ways that you need to take refuge in the LORD. Express these thing to the LORD in some way, whether though prayer, journaling or song.
2 - What would it take for you to trust the LORD today in the midst of fear?
3 - Could you be honest with Jesus today about how you really feel about the state of the world you find yourself in? He’s not at risk of being overwhelmed by you, because he has already overcome the grave.
