Chef Dejan was born in Serbia, growing up around honest, real food he became a chef, then a dream to move to Alaska to fish & cook fresh seafood, back to Serbia where he was offered a job to head up Farma Carevic just outside of Budva, Montenegro-an interactive farm & destination restaurant by the Adriatic Sea.
