Ridjal Noor is the founder and director of Pullupstand.com Pte Ltd, established since 2007.
Pullupstand.com serves clients such as Rolls-Royce, Dyson, Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Tesla, Zoom, and many more.
He also runs a training and publishing business, WGL International, established in 2013. WGL Books (www.wglbooks.com) has published 10 books, which can be found in most major bookstores and libraries.
WGL also organises regular workshops and seminars for business owners, which includes the popular Hotseat sessions.
He is also marketing director for Saffrons, a family business started by Mdm Beevi Ayoob. Saffrons operates a number of restaurants in Singapore, and also provides catering for corporate functions, weddings and more. It is a business established since 1995. Under Saffrons, he helms the catering & wedding departments, spearheads the development of new areas of business, to strengthen and enter new industries.
COMMUNITY WORK
Ridial Noor serves as a district councillor with NorthEast CDC since 2017, under Mayor Desmond Choo. He is in the Employability & Lifelong Learning Committee, which runs programs such as Heart Bakers @ North East and the Recruit, Reskill, Retrain (R3) program together with WSG, running initiatives such as job placement centres & MET resource centre.
He volunteers as a case writer at the weekly Meet-the-People Session for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, closely working with MP Zainal Sapari and also MP Sharael Taha.
He also served as a council member for MKAC (Muslim Kidney Action Association) from 2016-2019, closely working with the inimitable Mr Ameerali Abdeali.
Ridial Noor served on the SMCCI board of directors from 2015 to 2017, and for a second term since 2019 till 2020.
He also served in the Young Entrepreneur Network (YEN@SMCCI) committee in 2015-2017. He worked with the YEN team to push out Protege Kita program in 2015 and 2016.
He sat on the board for SME-Centre@SMCCI, and is also a member of the SME Committee @ Singapore Business Federation.
