In 1997, 32-year-old Cedric Maake was arrested by Captain Piet Byleveld for the viscous attacks and murders of couples at Wemmer Pan over the past year. It would later turn out that Cedric Maake was not only the Wemmer Pan killer but also the Hammer Killer, Tailor Killer, and many more.
