Giving y’all a few words from the Man Byron Davis.... “Believe it or not all of us at some level are very disciplined. A lack of discipline only comes when you allow yourself not to care more than normal and more than necessary.

The simple yet powerful key to being more disciplined is deciding to care a lot about your results. Caring is increasing the priority and concern for something or someone. When you begin to care about something more than normal, and more than necessary It emotionally attaches your Identity to the results Which activates your inner discipline and drive.

This subtle shift in mindset immediately creates what I call winners momentum. Charles Duhigg in his book the power of habit, says: "To be successful at developing new habits you must set yourself up for small wins that creates momentum that support your new behavior." If discipline is the new behavior you want You must set yourself up with small, consecutive wins that look and feel like discipline. The definition of Discipline is: The ability to demonstrate your decision on a regular basis regardless of how you may feel at a given time
