Ep 10, Season 2- After being injured for 2 years of my college career, I had the idea that being back to my sport and being healthy enough to consistently train was going to be an absolute dream come true. I am incredibly grateful for my ability to train and compete in a healthy body my senior year, but it was wayyyy harder than I expected. In this episode I reflect on the challenges I overcame during this year of healthy running, most notably my struggles with running/competing in a new body. I think this episode will be relatable, and hopefully helpful, on many levels. I also hope this helps somebody as the new school year/season gets started and it is prime time to get yourself in a good, accepting mindset for the season!
