Description

1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV)

But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

The opening scripture for today indicates there is a certain type of behaviour we're expected to have in the house of God. It is a decorum that ought to be followed by all Christians. You see, we are called as Kings and Priests, and as a result, called to carry ourselves in a way that shows reverence to the presence of our God whom we carry and represent.

Brothers and sisters, the deeper you go in God, the more restricted you become when it comes to negative behaviour. You cease to be the person you used to be—you become better! All of a sudden, you just know when your actions are untoward, you just know when your dressing in church is not correct, you just know when the way you talk to others is not the right way—it's a decorum, dignity that comes with being surnamed with Christ.

From today, strive to do better when it comes to the way you carry yourself and how you present Christ to others.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

As a King and Priest of the Most High God, I speak a new direction for me. I shall represent Christ even better in every way, hallelujah!
