Luke 16:10 (KJV)
He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
I remember the early days of this ministry. As a young prophet fully aware of his mission to a dispensation, I was eager to take the message of the hour to the ends of the Earth. There was urgency to the work, and I had to move quickly. Even with that, God still took me through every module, course, and practical lesson in His university. I didn’t skip class. I was the same prophet with seven church members for a year as I am filling stadia today.
Today’s verse teaches faithfulness in little. Imagine if I’d abandoned my calling out of frustration over having only a few members, would I be here now? Whatever stage you’re at in life, be faithful. Prove you can be trusted with the smallest things, and watch God elevate you in this Year of Strange Oil!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I speak a spirit of trustworthiness in me. Everything I do, however small, I shall do with the spirit of excellence in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
