Luke 7:13 (AMP)
When the Lord saw her, He felt [great] compassion for her, and said to her, "Do not weep".
The moment you are moved, you instantly open yourself to reach out to another level of grace where healing begins to flow through your body to your extremities and then when you touch the sick, they recover. If there is no movement within you that will align with the person's plight and create an atmosphere where the power of God will flow, then you have embarked on a futile exercise.
It is difficult or impossible if you are not moved by the plights, needs, and infirmities of others, which is like feeling the intestine twisting to cause excruciating pains to yourself, yet you want God to use you to heal them! The element of compassion could be there, but it requires being stirred on the inside in the first instant. Being moved makes something unexplainable to be triggered in your spirit. It's like feeling the pains of the person needing healing. To heal the cancer sufferer, the diabetic, the deaf and dumb; you have to feel what they feel from the inside out, then God's healing power will flow from your extremities as you draw close to the sick.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I shall walk in the healing power of God. I am anointed to heal the sick. Therefore, I shall feel what they feel, I shall experience what they experience and God's power will flow through me to them as I lay my hands on them, they shall recover in the name of Jesus.
