Hosea 1:7 (KJV)
But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.
Understand this, the vicissitudes of life will demand more to obtain the victory you need than the physical realm can provide. A Christian isn't excused from attacks of the enemy, and in fact, sometimes it gets worse once you have made the bold decision to follow Christ. The reality you now live in Christ should be dependent on the workings of the Holy Spirit that is resident in you, not yourself. That's why Apostle Paul can boastfully say: "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13.
Understand this, God's strategy for winning is deliberately expressed in His Word concerning you. He said He knows the plans He thinks towards you; they are thoughts of peace and not of evil (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV). Right there, we know that whatever is evil is not of God. God's thought process is articulated clearly: He thinks of giving us hope and an expected end. When there seems to be a derailment of my expected end, I know it's the enemy, not God. The GoodNews is God who knows the end from the beginning is in control, and your victory is already guaranteed!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am already victorious in my undertakings as God's agenda is the focus. I am abiding in God as he abides in me. I cannot fail in life as the Holy Spirit leads me. Amen!
