John 14:16 (KJV)
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.
The breakdown of any relationship, whether marital or companionable, is when communication ceases to exist. Many Christians today do not realise the role of the Holy Spirit in their lives and, in turn, neglect vital dialogue with Him on a daily basis. The Father is in Heaven, and the Lord Jesus is in Heaven, meaning the God we relate with today is the Holy Spirit! He is what makes the presence of Jesus real to us, making it essential for you to not only acknowledge Him but speak with Him regularly, involving Him in absolutely every area of your life.
The Word describes Him as the Comforter who resides in us forever. So, whenever you face turmoil or the challenges of life, you are never alone as you have an ever-present help with you at all times. Cultivate an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit by consistently speaking in tongues today and see bountiful results spring forth.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The Holy Spirit is more than a friend to me. I involve Him in every aspect of my day. I know He's always with me; I communicate with him through prayer on a regular basis. Amen.
