Description

Proverbs 16:2 (KJV)

All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits.

No matter how highly gifted or anointed you are, when it’s mixed with pride, it’s not acceptable to God. In my time ministering the Word of God around the world, I’ve seen highly spiritually gifted Christians, including pastors, whose work turned to emptiness, because they weren’t walking in humility, everything they did was pure in their own eyes but not to God. You see God doesn’t look at the size of your church building to determine your success, nor does he look at your bank account or the number of followers you have, he weighs the heart.

Everything you do in the house of God is an offering to Him; But God won’t accept your offering if it’s mixed with selfishness and greed; pomposity, pride and arrogance. Greatness in the house of God isn’t measured by some results that you have achieved or attained. The Bible says in 1 Peter 5:5, “God resists the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.” Humble yourself, do a little introspection today and correct yourself through the scriptures.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Pride, arrogance, haughtiness, or egotism have no place in me, for I walk in love and humility. I am experiencing ever-increasing greatness and unlimited progress in life as a result, in Jesus Name!
