Ninety-eighth Episode released on 02/19/2021. Happy Friday UG fam! Hope you guys are going into a better weekend this week if you live in the Portland-Metro area. Most places have power back but not all so hopefully y'all are staying warm. I gave a shoutout on this pod to my friend, former coach, and mentor, Daniel Kirkham, for starting his podcast. It's called Dkirks and Doty and can be found on Apple Podcasts. Link will be below. I didn't do a great job of explaining it on my intro, but essentially it is another personal growth pod with a sprinkle in with the game of golf. Please check it out and leave a rating. This episode, I touch on paying attention to what you consume as far as content wise. You'll notice that you will start to care more about the things you constantly consume. Second, I touch on being drained and some simple yet effective tips to counteract that. I also go into a little bit about the proposed 4 day 32 hour work week, which I think has it's upsides. Last, I talk about at least paying attention to important news that affects our lives and our families/future families. Don't have that stance that all news is bad, because some really does move markets and change lives. Find a credible source that works for you. Pay attention to a degree. Thank y'all for the continued support. Still thrilled to be bringing you more content and I appreciate any and all feedback. Continuing to use my voice to spread growth to the world in my own way.
Today's episode touches on the following topics:
1. Changing the content you are consuming
2. Feeling drained
