Carl DeBrodie was a loving and innocent person who was loved dearly by his family. His guardian angel, Mary Martin, knew something wasn't right when the county took over Carl's care and his health deteriorated. Mary fought tirelessly to get Carl back, but the county thought it was best he stay at a living care facility. Mary saw signs of abuse and reported it, but no action by the county was not taken, and Carl's well-being slipped through the cracks. Carl would go on to be abused, neglected, and eventually murdered by the people working in Carl's living facility. Join me as I walk you through the life, abuse, and murder of Carl DeBrodie.
