Description

In this week's episode I am chatting with Amy Bushatz of Humans Outside. Amy shares her story of how her family moved to Alaska for a change of pace, and to align more with their desired lifestyle of spending more time outdoors. She initially struggled to make outside time a habit, so she created some rules for herself to help her build the habit. She created a personal challenge to spend a minimum of 20 consecutive minutes outside every single day for 99 days.

Amy has gone WAY past that first 99 days, and her family has embraced the habit with her. We talk about the health benefits she and her family have experienced since first starting that first challenge, and how she now inspires others through her website and Instagram account, challenging others to join her in the #HumansOutside365 habit.

After chatting with Amy, I committed to my own 100 day challenge. I even created my own 100-day tracker!

Do you struggle to get outside every day, and to get your kids outside? Check out this episode for some awesome inspiration.
