Those aren't just catchy words to us, they are words we live by at Roux Fitness.
Having fun looks different depending on the day, but one of favorite ways to get fit and have fun is at our Annual Rouxtober Fest community workout.
In addition to celebrating our 3rd Annual Rouxtober Fest this Saturday, October 24th and enjoying a free community workout, beers from Beiux Carre, and a feast provided by some of our members, this year we are sweating for a good cause. All day we'll be raising money for "Real Men Wear Pink", an organization that raises money for Breast Cancer Research.
On today's episode of "With That Being Said" Bradley, Emily, and Sarah were joined by Carl Arredondo. Carl is not only a Roux member with a pretty unique story, but also one of the many faces of the "Real Men Wear Pink campaign. Carl came in to talk about the organization, how he got involved, what you can expect at Rouxtober Fest, and more!
