Chris's daughter, Kaylee Stewart, joins us in today's episode. Kaylee is a freshman at Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania where she is playing softball and studying Marine Biology. In high school, Kaylee not only played but excelled in three sports – volleyball, basketball, and softball – and she was selected as Athlete of the Year for the Athens High School 2019 class of student-athletes.
Kaylee offers some great advice related to being a 3-sport athlete and explains how it can be both fulfilling and beneficial.
