Michelle Rivera was a young Filipino woman from Bukidnon who became pen pals in the late 1980s with a middle-aged professor named Dr. Jonathan Nyce from North Carolina, USA. More than a decade later, they were living the American dream with their three kids in a million-dollar home in New Jersey. But their marriage was not exactly as it seemed.
