Ruby Rose Barrameda disappeared in 2007 and the primary suspect was her estranged husband Manuel "Third" Jimenez III. She remained missing until two years later when a man named Manuel Montero came forward and revealed the location of a woman's body in a steel box at the bottom of Manila Bay.
