When we first started discussing the concept of peaceful productivity and productive rest, it caused a bit of resistance. This resistance was entirely due to the fact that the concept of productivity brings to mind this hustle culture so prominent in our society today.

The truth is, true productivity is defined by efficiency of input to achieve maximum output. In order to be efficient, you have to rest. However, not all rest is the same.
