The idea of meal planning used to make me roll my eyes. It felt like I was spending so much time just trying to figure out what to eat. So I would just fly by the seat of my pants and buy whatever felt right. And I'd bet that there will be several more unscheduled trips to the grocery store so we end up spending MORE time meal planning when we... don't... meal plan....
