After three nerve-wracking talent show performances, and a lot of tough situations at home and at school, E.J. teaches us some mindset strategies she uses as well as her favorite calming techniques she's learned from her school counselor.
I have to say, this 10-year-old is wise beyond her years! Her confidence in herself, her assurance in her techniques, and her willingness to face her fears and call them something different is inspiring!
