About Bri Alexander

Bri’s goal is to help others manage everyday stress.

She is a holistic wellness practitioner and coach on a mission to empower the community through energy work, sound, and movement. Bri Alexander Wellness was born out of her journey to wellness, and each modality she offers has contributed to her healing in some capacity.

Bri’s practice helps release tension, stress, and anxiety allowing you to relax in your body, and feel more grounded and confident. She enjoys holding space through sound healing, dance healing, and Reiki - with a few other blended modalities. Her approach to wellness is down-to-earth so that an absolute beginner can feel right at home. She currently offers monthly group sound healing sessions and corporate wellness workshops. 

Bri also takes 1:1 clients for private Sound Healing, Vibrational Therapy, and Reiki treatments in Columbia MD.
