Reflecting on successful business relationships in my own career, I concluded that they all have a set of common denominators - one of which is trust:
A client signs an agreement with you as a solution provider because they trust you and that you’re able to help them achieve their business goals.
You hired your team of content creators because you trust them and that they’re able to help you raise awareness of solutions you developed to help your community.
You found and run your business because you trust yourself and your ability to make a change in your community.
Stephen Covey, a US-American businessman, educator, author and speaker, shared some wise words on building trust: ‘The process of building trust begins with yourself, with what I call self-trust and with your credibility, your own trustworthiness. If you think about it, it’s hard to establish trust with others if you can’t trust yourself.’
In this podcast episode, I’m introducing you to 10 strategies on how to build trust in business relationships.
