Ana Gros é a convidada desta semana. Natural da Eslovénia e filha de um ex-jogador de voleibol professional, foi desde muito cedo ganhando o gosto pelo desporto. Acabou por escolher o andebol e já aos 14 anos jogava na equipa principal do Krim Mercator, na Eslovénia. Aos 19 anos, as suas qualidades saltaram logo à vista e foi contratada pelo Gyor ETO. A sua juventude e a falta de tempo de jogo fizeram com que abandonasse o clube, mudando-se para o Thuringer HC da Alemanha. Neste período ponderou deixar de jogar, mas o Metz salvo-a no momento certo e a partir daí nunca mais deixou de voar. Além de todas estas experiências falamos dos objetivos que tem com a seleção, do que ainda quer alcançar, das suas rotinas de preparação para os jogos, da pressão que sente nos momentos decisivos, das dificuldades em adormecer após um jogo, do atual modelo da Final 4, da importância de trabalhar com um mental coach e preparador físico, de histórias engraçadas e muito mais.

Ana Gros is this week's guest. Born in Slovenia and the daughter of a former professional volleyball player, she took a liking to the sport from an early age. She ended up choosing handball and already at the age of 14 she was playing in the main team of Krim Mercator, in Slovenia. At the age of 19, her qualities were immediately apparent and she signed for Gyor ETO. Her youth and lack of playing time made her leave the club, moving to Thuringer HC in Germany. During this period, she considered giving up playing, but Metz saved her at the right time and from then on she never stopped flying.
