Hey ya’ll, it’s said if you have a platform, you need to use it. And even with everyone being exhausted mentally and emotionally with the current events, Mo & Mel use their platform to encourage discussion on Racial injustice in America. So in this weeks episode the ladies are joined by the guys & gals of the SportsLifeTalk podcast to discuss this past weeks events in our country. This episode is a bit different than usual, as we take on the importance of #BlackLivesMatter with the recent events of George Floyd's senseless murder. The SportsLifeTalk crew is based in Dallas so we hear about the climate out their with protests and thoughts on racial injustice, the continued deaths of innocent black men & women at the hands of police and their thoughts on things that need to change. Mo & Mel chime in with their thoughts on what can be done to start making much needed & overdue change both in educating non-black friends, family & community, as well as the major changes that need to be addressed in law enforcement.

But you know two sports podcasts can’t get together and NOT mention sports!!! We address some of the reactions from the sports world on this serious issue, as well as get some laughs in talking about those darn Cowboys, updates on the NBA, MLS, NHL and NFL. Another great episode!
