With the recent change to make 21 the new age to buy cigarettes, the question of 'what age is old enough?' becomes very relevant in current events. We drive at 16, have sex between 16 and 18, become legal "adults" at 18, vote and join the military at 18, buy guns, weed, alcohol, and now cigarettes at 21... Who makes these distinctions, and does this arbitrary marker define a "bad" person if they defy these limits?
