Today we discuss 3 ways to navigate negative thoughts. We all have them, but what do we do with them? 1. Talk back to them thinking about a time we have over come hardship. Talk back to them focusing on fact, not assumption. 2. Focus on gratitude. What we focus on flows into our lives. 3. Be gentle on yourself. There is no such thing as “normal”.
