Description

We had the pleasure of meeting with Dray Gardner to talk about how he used his yoga practice to heal his body and later start the popular Silent Savasana. His energy and attitude were uplifting as we chatted. As things hopefully start to open up, he will be more active with his other projects. DJing, music, teaching yoga and who knows what other opportunities are being manifested at this very moment! No matter what he does, he does it with a positive vibe and with his whole heart.
