Today we talk with Olivia Windsor and learn about her journey from Australia to Italy. With her love for food and wine, she immersed herself in the culture, language and cuisine of Italy and now she runs tours in collaboration with Untold Italy. She started by working at an organic farm through WWOOF (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms) www.wwoof.net Who knew there was such an organization! Before she got there, she got her certificate for the first level of sommelier training, which gave her an advantage. She now lives in Piedmont, a northern town in Italy. She left her digital marketing job to pursue her dream of doing food tours in Italy! It wasn’t all planned out from the start, but as she surrounded herself with the things she loved to do, it became apparent. We’ve enjoyed her virtual tours she’s done on Instagram Live and you can feel the love she has for her new home.
